City Council Meeting on April 1, 2019
The Bogart City Council meets in open session on the first Monday of each month, usually in the Historic Agricultural Building. If you'd like to make your voice heard, you are welcome to attend. At the end of each city council session is an opportunity for citizens of Bogart to take the floor and voice any concerns or offer input about current policies and issues.

Attending Officials: Terri Glenn, John Larkin, Pam McNair, Brenda Acton, Janet Jones
Session was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Invocation was offered by Pam McNair.
Minutes: Pam made a motion to accept the minutes of the February 4, 2019 as written. Seconded by
Brenda. Votes: Unanimous.
Committee Reports: Terri announced dumpster days will be held April 6th and 7th. John announced that
the City street lights are going to be changed over to LED. The agreement with Ga Power for the new
power poles for the streetscape project will be signed and the money will be sent this month.
Agenda Items:
- Budget for 4/1/2019-3/31/2020: John made a motion to approve the 4/1/2019-3/31//2020
Budget as submitted. Seconded by Janet. Votes: Unanimous.
- Jason Lawson: Proposed field changes to Rhino Storage: John made a motion to approve the
proposed field changes to Rhino Storage as presented with the guidelines set forth by Oconee
County Planning Department. Seconded by Pam. Votes: Unanimous
